To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariexo and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, reputation damage, business interruption, unauthorized access, marketplace disputes, or third-party conduct.
Ariexo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Ariexo during the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariexo from claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, and losses arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, your violation of laws, your infringement of rights, or your breach of these Terms.
Ariexo may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for security, legal, operational, or abuse-related reasons. Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain provisions including intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute clauses survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ariexo operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable courts or legal authorities within that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
